Export without trade shows. A buyer asks an AI assistant — and it names you.
Markets for niche Russian goods exist: charcoal, spare parts, flour, pine nuts, saunas. Buyers in those markets are looking for suppliers. But a small producer cannot tour trade shows or keep dealers in ten countries. Today that is no longer needed: a buyer asks ChatGPT, Google or Perplexity, and the answer is built from sites that a machine can read easily.

How a foreign buyer finds a producer now
Asks a question
“Who supplies birch charcoal in 10 kg bags delivered to Beirut?” — in ChatGPT, Gemini or Google.
The assistant searches
It searches via Bing and Google and reads the pages it finds: specifications, terms, documents.
Names a supplier
The answer features whoever’s page answers the question most precisely. With a link.
The buyer writes
They arrive with a decision made, so 30% get in touch, not 6%.
Where buyers already write to our export sites from
Share of visits ending in a contact. IWH (spare parts) and Drova Nevy (charcoal and firewood). Country samples are small — a guide, not a forecast.
Niches we work with
It works best where demand abroad exists but there are almost no strong suppliers in the buyer’s language.
Charcoal and firewood
Restaurants, wholesalers and retail chains abroad buy birch charcoal and dry firewood.
More → caseDiesel, marine and mining parts
Machinery runs at mines, on ships and at power plants worldwide, and a part is needed urgently.
More → caseEquipment and agritech
Farms, greenhouses and plants in the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa look for a technology, not a country of origin.
More →Flour and food ingredients
Niche products — pumpkin, flax and chickpea flour, fibre, dry mixes — are needed by bakeries, health-food makers and private label brands abroad.
More →Grain, pulses and oilseeds
Large traders have long held the market, while a mid-sized farm sells through middlemen and loses margin.
More →Honey, pine nuts and wild berries
Siberian pine nuts, taiga honey, lingonberries and cranberries are products few other places have.
More → caseTimber, pellets and plywood
Builders and distributors in Asia and the Middle East buy softwood and pellets.
More →Modular houses and saunas
Russian banya, barrel saunas and modular houses interest buyers in Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East.
More →A good fit if
- You make a niche product that can be described by specifications
- You can ship abroad yourself or through a partner
- Buyers exist but you cannot reach them — no dealers, no trade shows
- The product may be legally exported
What we do
Demand by country
What buyers of your product search for, in which languages, and who already answers them.
Pages for questions
Product × specification × country. Tables, terms, documents — what an AI assistant can quote.
An AI layer
Text in HTML, schema.org, llms.txt, robots.txt open to GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot. Indexing in Google, Bing and Yandex.
An open count
Analytics goals on call, WhatsApp, email and form. A monthly report: where people came from and who wrote.
Exporter questions
Can I start exporting without trade shows?
Yes. In our IWH and Drova Nevy cases, buyers from Türkiye, UAE, India, Lebanon and Germany came through search and AI answers. No trade shows or dealers were used.
How do I get into ChatGPT answers for foreign buyers?
Build pages in the buyer’s language that answer their question precisely: specifications, delivery terms, documents. The text must be in HTML, with schema.org markup, and the site indexed in Bing and Google. Nobody can guarantee a place in the answer, but this raises the odds considerably.
What if my niche is very small?
That helps. A narrow niche has few competitors in English, so the site gets into answers faster.
Which goods do you not work with?
Goods whose export is banned or restricted. We check this with you before starting.
How long until the first foreign enquiries?
First Google impressions usually appear 2–4 weeks after launch; the first enquiries in our cases came in months 1–4. No one can guarantee the timing.
