To prepare a review and respond, we ask for your name, Telegram username or phone number, and a description of your goods or services. Company, website and target markets are optional. We process these details with your separate consent. Please leave out identity documents, medical information and other people’s personal data.

Our server receives your enquiry over HTTPS. A bot sends the form fields to Alexey Reinsberg’s personal Telegram account (@alexrainsb). He can respond using the contact you provided. Public reports contain aggregate figures only. Names, contact details, enquiries and call recordings are excluded. Only Alexey has access to the enquiries he receives. The team in Türkiye does not have access to them.

Your message waits in a delivery queue. Telegram’s confirmation clears the text. An undelivered enquiry expires after 24 hours. Its ID, IP address and receipt time help prevent duplicate submissions and also expire from the queue after 24 hours. The delivered copy remains in Telegram for follow-up. Processing of that correspondence ends when the purpose is met or consent is withdrawn unless a separate legal or contractual basis applies.

Metrica loads only if you allow analytics. You can change your choice in the analytics settings in the footer of any page. Your choice is saved in your browser. VIDNOO uses Yandex Metrica for visit statistics. It processes technical information including IP address, cookies, browser, device, page, referrer and site interactions. Session replay is off. Form analytics events exclude your name, phone number, Telegram contact and project text. Your chosen currency is saved in the browser’s local storage. Cookie controls are available in your browser settings.

You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion and may withdraw consent. Message @alexrainsb or write to the controller’s postal address above. Give the date of the enquiry and the contact you used so we can find it and verify the request. Russian Federal Law 152-FZ sets response deadlines. You may also contact Roskomnadzor or a court.
